7-Day Returns
Return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
5–7 Day Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Free Return Shipping
We cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and items returned after the 7-day window cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@snehastyles.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 24 hours on business days. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately at support@snehastyles.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
