Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@snehastyles.com.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be held at the nearest facility for 5 days before being returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@snehastyles.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
